Giraffes Eating Puzzle Details:

About: The tallest living terrestrial animals and the largest ruminants, the giraffe has an extremely long neck and legs, horn-like ossicones on it's head, and distinctive coat patterns. The name "giraffe" has its earliest known origins in the Arabic word zarāfah that translates to "fast-walker". Fully grown giraffes stand 4.3–5.7 m tall, with males taller than females. The average weight is 1,192 kg for an adult male and 828 kg for an adult female. Giraffes usually inhabit savannas and open woodlands. A giraffe eats around 34 kg of foliage daily. Giraffes browse on the twigs of trees and also feed on shrubs, grass and fruit. In this fun new jigsaw puzzle we feature three such animals eating and resting on a beautiful and sunny day.

Two Polar Bears

A carnivorous bear native to the Arctic Circle, the polar bear, is a marine mammal (because it spends many months of the year at sea). Its diet primarily consists of ringed and bearded seals. The polar bear's most common hunting method is called still-hunting. The bear may lay in wait for several hours next to a seal breathing hole. When the seal exhales, the bear smells its breath, reaches into the hole with a forepaw, and drags it out onto the ice. The polar bear is an excellent swimmer and often will swim for days. When sprinting, it can reach up to 40 km/h.

Playful Goat On A Rock Pile Play

Playful Goat On A Rock Pile

Goats are naturally curious and playful. They are also agile and well known for their ability to climb and balance in precarious places; in the wild this ability helps them reach sources of food that other animals can't and avoid predators at the same time. Due to their agility and inquisitiveness, they are notorious for escaping their pens by testing fences and enclosures. They are among the earliest animals domesticated by humans. Despite having the reputation of being slightly rebellious, more and more people today are choosing more exotic pets like goats. Goats are herd animals and typically prefer the company of other goats, but because of their herd mentality, they will follow their owners around just the same. So what do you think? Would you like a pet goat? Finish this fun puzzle and let us know. Have fun!

Chameleon On A Branch

Chameleons are a highly specialized clade of Old World lizards with 202 species that live in warm habitats that range from rain forest to desert conditions, with various species occurring in Africa, Madagascar, southern Europe, and across southern Asia as far as Sri Lanka. As you might already know some chameleon species are able to change their skin coloration. Color change in chameleons has functions in camouflage, but most commonly in social signaling and in reactions to temperature and other conditions. All chameleons are primarily insectivores that feed by ballistically projecting their long tongues from their mouths to capture prey located some distance away. Chameleons have the most distinctive eyes of any reptile. Each eye can pivot and focus independently, allowing the chameleon to observe two different objects simultaneously. Chameleons have very good eyesight for reptiles, letting them see small insects from a 5–10 meter distance. They can also see in both visible and ultraviolet light. Gray Wolf Play

Gray Wolf

The wolf, also known as the timber wolf or western wolf, is a canine native to the wilderness and remote areas of Eurasia and North America. It is one of the world's best-known and most-researched animals, with probably more books written about it than any other wildlife species. It is a social animal, travelling in families consisting of a mated pair, accompanied by the pair's adult offspring. The wolf is an apex predator throughout its range, with only humans and tigers posing a serious threat to it. The gray wolf has very dense and fluffy winter fur, with short underfur and long, coarse guard hairs. Coat color ranges from almost pure white through various shades of blond, cream, and ochre to grays, browns, and blacks. Wolves are highly territorial animals, and generally establish territories far larger than they require to survive in order to assure a steady supply of prey. Although social animals, single wolves or mated pairs typically have higher success rates in hunting than do large packs. Gray wolves howl to assemble the pack, to locate each other during a storm or unfamiliar territory and to communicate across great distances. They live in a variety of habitats, raging from deserts, grasslands, forests to arctic tundras. Click start and see this impressive wild animal in this fun puzzle game. Have fun!
