Turkey Puzzle Details:

About: In this new puzzle we feature an imposing turkey walking around on a green, grassy meadow. The turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) is a large bird native to the forests of North America, mainly Mexico and the United States. When Europeans first encountered turkeys in America, they incorrectly identified the birds as a member of a group of birds which were thought to typically come from the country of Turkey ( guineafowl). The name of the North American bird thus became "turkey fowl", which was then shortened to just "turkey"

It has exceptional stamina and needs moderate amounts of activity, to focus its mind and to provide exercise, although this is different for each dog. Lemur with Baby

Lemur with Baby

Today's puzzle features a cute lemur and it's baby. Lemurs are a type of primates endemic to the island of Madagascar. Ranging in size from 30 g to 9 kg, lemurs share many common, basal primate traits, such as divergent digits on their hands and feet and nails instead of claws. Lemurs are generally the most social of the strepsirrhine primates and communicate more with scents and vocalizations than with visual signals. The word "lemur" derives from the word lemures (ghosts or spirits) from Roman mythology and was first used to describe a slender loris due to its nocturnal habits and slow pace, but was later applied to the primates on Madagascar.

Red deer in Europe generally spend their winters at lower altitudes in more wooded terrain. The spotted deer also known as chital deer, cheetal or axis deer is a deer which commonly inhabits wooded regions of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. Chital are generally silent when grazing together. They do, though, make high-pitched chuckles when walking. Axis deer were also introduced introduced to Australia and the United States. In the US the deer are most populated on the Edwards Plateau in Texas.
Guinea Pigs Eating

Guinea Pigs Eating

Today's new jigsaw puzzle features three cute Guinea Pigs eating. The scientific name of the common species is Cavia porcellus, with porcellus being Latin for "little pig". How the animals came to be called "pigs" is not clear. They are built somewhat like pigs, with large heads relative to their bodies, stout necks, and rounded rumps with no tail of any consequence; some of the sounds they emit are very similar to those made by pigs, and they also spend a large amount of time eating. They can survive for long periods in small quarters, like a 'pig pen'. There are two different types of guinea pig coats and they are self patterns and marked patterns. Self patterns are made up of just one color which could be white, cream, buff, gold, black, slate, lilac, chocolate, beige or reddish brown. The marked patterns are made up of two or more colors.

Lemurs

Lemurs

A fun jigsaw featuring two cute lemurs. Lemurs are a clade of strepsirrhine primates endemic to the island of Madagascar. They are named after the lemures (ghosts or spirits) of Roman mythology due to the ghostly vocalizations, reflective eyes, and the nocturnal habits of some species. Although lemurs often are confused with ancestral primates, the anthropoid primates (monkeys, apes, and humans) did not evolve from them; instead, lemurs merely share morphological and behavioral traits with basal primates. Ranging in size from 30 g (1.1 oz) to 9 kg (20 lb), lemurs share many common, basal primate traits, such as divergent digits on their hands and feet and nails instead of claws (in most species). However, their brain-to-body size ratio is smaller than that of anthropoid primates, and among many other traits they share with other strepsirrhine primates, they have a "wet nose" (rhinarium). Lemurs are generally the most social of the strepsirrhine primates and communicate more with scents and vocalizations than with visual signals.
