In this fun new game we are visiting the Justizpalast (Palace of Justice) in Munich, Germany. The palace was built between 1890–1897 by the architect Friedrich von Thiersch in neo-baroque style. Since the huge building turned out to be too small Friedrich von Thiersch constructed already in 1905 at the west side of the building the so-called New Justizpalast. In this fun puzzle we are inside one of the palace's impressive areaways taking in the beautiful architecture and the impressive staircase. Have fun!

The medieval stone tower featured in today's puzzle is located in the Galata/Karaköy quarter of Istanbul, Turkey. The cone-capped cylinder that dominates the skyline is one of the city's most striking landmarks and it offers a panoramic vista of Istanbul's historic peninsula. The Romanesque style tower was built as Christea Turris (Tower of Christ) in 1348 during an expansion of the Genoese colony in Constantinople. The upper section of the tower with the conical cap was slightly modified in several restorations during the Ottoman period when it was used as an observation tower for spotting fires. The nine-story tower is 66.90 m (219.5 ft), and was the city's tallest structure when it was built.

Founded in 1862, Bannack is a ghost town in Beaverhead County, Montana, United States. It is currently a National Historic Landmark. The town was named after the local Bannock Indians. Bannack was the site of a major gold discovery in 1862, and served as the capital of Montana Territory briefly in 1864. At its peak, Bannack had a population of about ten thousand. The last residents left in the 1970s. Sixty historic log, brick, and frame structures remain standing in Bannack, many quite well preserved. One of these historical buildings is he the hotel featured in this fun new jigsaw puzzle.

Also known as Georgsdom or Limburger Dom this catholic cathedral (build in the late Romanesque style) is located above the old town of Limburg in Hesse, Germany. Inside today's cathedral, the outline of the first church built in 910 by Konrad Kurzbold on the "Limburger Rock" can still be found. Construction on the church began about 1200. The consecration was in 1235 by Theoderich von Wied, the archbishop of Trier.

Standing at the western end of the Champs-Élysées at the center of Place Charles de Gaulle, the Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile is one of the most famous monuments in Paris, France. The Arc de Triomphe honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. It was commissioned in 1806 after the victory at Austerlitz by Emperor Napoleon. The astylar design is by Jean Chalgrin (1739–1811), in the Neoclassical version of ancient Roman architecture. The four sculptural groups at the base of the Arc are "The Triumph of 1810" (Cortot), "Resistance and Peace" (both by Antoine Étex; the ones you can see in today's new jigsaw puzzle) and the most renowned of them all, "Departure of the Volunteers of 1792" commonly called La Marseillaise (François Rude). The history of Znamensky Monastery and its cathedral is closely linked with the history of the Romanov boyar family. The Znamensky Monastery is currently made up of five buildings. The most prominent is the Our Lady of the Sign Cathedral, named after the revered 12th century icon. From 1679-1684, according to a contract worth 850 rubles, Grigoriev and Anisimov built the Cathedral of Znamensky — which at the time was the second largest cathedral in Kitay Gorod after the St. Basil’s. The Znamensky Monastery — considered one of the main worship places of the Romanovs —was deconsecrated in the early 1920s as part of the Soviet anti-religious campaign. After 1991, religious services resumed in the church.
