Carrots And Broccoli Puzzle Details:

About: Start the day with a fun and healthy food themed puzzle. In this new game we feature some fresh broccoli and carrots. Broccoli can be eaten raw or cooked, it is a rich source of vitamin C and vitamin K. Raw broccoli also contains moderate amounts of several B vitamins and the dietary mineral manganese. Carrots contain high quantities of alpha- and beta-carotene, and are a good source of vitamin K and vitamin B6. Only 3 percent of the β-carotene in raw carrots is released during digestion: this can be improved to 39% by pulping, cooking and adding cooking oil.
