Fettuccine And Penne Pasta Puzzle Details:

About: This morning we're in the kitchen getting ready to cook some pasta. We can choose between fettuccine or penne. What is your favorite? If you didn't know, fettuccine is a type of pasta made of egg and flour. Individual pieces of fettuccine are long, flat ribbons that are curled up into small balls. The other type of pasta we have is penne, an extruded type of pasta with cylinder-shaped pieces. Penne is traditionally cooked al dente and its shape makes it particularly adapted for sauces, such as pesto, marinara, or arrabbiata.
