About: Rich in dietary minerals, particularly manganese, B vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids that are essential for good health have been revered since ancient times and regarded as the symbol of intellectualism since their bi-lobed kernels feature convoluted surface resembling as that of the human brain. During each season, walnut fruits can be ready for harvest by August or the beginning of September, when their thick green hull begins to crack open to expose the light brown, hard-shelled walnut inside. In today's puzzle we feature bunch of freshly picked walnuts on witch you can still see some green stains for the recently removed green outer shell mentioned above.
