Jurassic Coast View Puzzle Details:

About: The Jurassic Coast stretches from Exmouth in East Devon to Studland Bay in Dorset on the English Channel coast of southern England. Inscribed on the World Heritage List in 2001, the Jurassic Coast was the first wholly natural World Heritage Site to be designated in the United Kingdom. The cliffs on this part of the coast are constantly being eroded by the elements. The site spans 185 million years of geological history, coastal erosion having exposed an almost continuous sequence of rock formation covering the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. The entire length of the coast can be walked on the South West Coast Path.

A Sunny Day In Venice

It's a beautiful Summer day and we're in Venice strolling along on the narrow alleys by a canal full of boats. Venice is situated across a group of 118 small islands that are separated by canals and linked by hundreds of bridges. The islands are located in the shallow Venetian Lagoon, an enclosed bay that lies between the mouths of the Po and the Piave rivers. The buildings of Venice are constructed on closely spaced wooden piles. Most of these piles are still intact after centuries of submersion. Submerged by water, in oxygen-poor conditions, wood does not decay as rapidly as on the surface. Venice is an important tourist destination for its celebrated art and architecture. The lagoon and a part of the city are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
