San Francisco Cable Car Puzzle Details:

About: Today we're going to San Francisco for a cable car ride in this new urban landscape puzzle. An icon of San Francisco, California, the cable car system forms part of the intermodal urban transport network operated by the San Francisco Municipal Railway, or "Muni" as it is better known. Of the twenty-three lines established between 1873 and 1890, three remain: two routes from downtown near Union Square to Fisherman's Wharf, and a third route along California Street. The first successful cable-operated street railway was the Clay Street Hill Railroad, which opened on August 2, 1873. The cable cars are pulled by a cable running below the street, held by a grip that extends from the car through a slit in the street surface, between the rails.
