Fishing Net

Fishing Net

The oldest known fishing net is the net of Antrea, found with other fishing equipment in the Karelian town of Antrea. The net was made from willow, and dates back to 8300 BC. Modern nets, like the one in today's new jigsaw puzzle, are usually made of artificial materials like nylon, although nets of natural materials such as wool or silk thread are also common.

Saxophones are usually made of brass and played with a single-reed mouthpiece similar to that of the clarinet. The saxophone is used in chamber music, such as the saxophone quartet, reed quintet, and other chamber combinations of instruments.
Drum Kit

Drum Kit

Also called a drum set or trap set, the drum kit is a collection of drums and other percussion instruments, like cymbals. A standard modern kit contains: a snare drum, mounted on a stand, placed between the player's knees and played with drum sticks, a bass drum, played by a pedal, one or more toms, a hi-hat (two cymbals mounted on a stand), one or more cymbals. The drum kit is usually played while seated on a stool. Many drummers extend their kits from this basic configuration, adding more drums, more cymbals, and many other instruments.

The lines are fixed to deck fittings on the vessel at one end, and fittings on the shore, such as bollards, rings, or cleats, on the other end. Mooring lines are usually made out of synthetic materials such as nylon. Nylon is easy to work with and lasts for years, but has a property of very great elasticity.
